BCBA Supervision
Quality supervision is the foundation of clinical competence. Sprout offers BACB-compliant individual and group supervision for RBTs and BCaBAs earning hours toward certification.
BACB Requirements
To sit for the BCBA exam, you need a minimum of 2,000 supervised fieldwork hours (or 1,500 concentrated). Your supervisor must hold a current BCBA credential. All supervision with Sprout meets the BACB Experience Standards and is documented to support your exam application.

Individual Supervision
$110 / hourOne-on-one sessions focused on your specific fieldwork cases, skill gaps, and exam preparation. Includes case conceptualization, direct observation review, and documentation support.
Group Supervision
$75 / hourSmall group sessions (2–4 supervisees) covering core BACB task list areas, ethics, and case discussion. A cost-effective option for supervisees with strong foundational skills.
